Can my husband/partner/mom/friend be at our appointment?
Yes!! In fact, I highly suggest another set of ears to hear our conversation so you’re not second guessing yourself in the middle of the night! Your supportive partner is a key ingredient in having a successful body feeding experience.

What is the difference between breastfeeding, chestfeeding and bodyfeeding?
Each of these refer to the act of feeding a human infant from the human body (bodyfeeding). For those who identify as women, referring to their breasts is common, but those who don’t identify as females, might feel more at ease referring to their chest.
While I continue to learn, I am committed to offering inclusive support to all lactating people.
